Our main flight location in picturesque Clinton, NJ is conveniently located just one hour west of New York City and about the same distance from Philadelphia, PA as NYC. Balloon rides in Eastern Pennsylvania are located approximately 45 minutes west of Philadelphia in the rolling hills of scenic Chester County. We operate our hot air balloons in NJ & PA seven days a week, with balloon flights scheduled twice daily, weather permitting. Spring Is Here! Here in the Northeast, the early spring hot air balloon flying season is in full swing. Crisp, cool morning and afternoon hot air balloon flights are on the order for this time of year. Visibility is often unlimited, with clear skies and views of far-off skylines a normal occurrence. Be sure to reserve your hot air balloon ride in advance to make sure your preferred flight date is available. Space Shuttle PATRIOT The year 2003 marked the 100th anniversary of Orville & Wilbur's first powered flight in Kitty Hawk, NC. The new specially-shaped Space Shuttle PATRIOT hot air balloon commemorated this monumental milestone in aviation history by combining man's earliest form of flight - hot air ballooning - with the most recent advances in space technology. At the gargantuan height of nearly 180 feet, PATRIOT is by far the tallest hot air balloon registered in North America - and one of the largest balloons in the entire world! The enormous wingspan spreads 115 feet from tip to tip, and the envelope fabric alone weighs almost 1000 pounds in its carrying bag! Pilot Jon Radowski is again in command of this massive Shuttle Balloon for the 2005 World Tour.
