Please be aware that due to the high volume of online reservation requests we receive daily, your best bet is to call us directly to reserve your desired flight date, especially on short notice.

Although we cannot guarantee the weather will allow for a successful balloon flight on any given day, we will make all attempts to schedule you for your desired flight date and time. Weather cancellations can and do occur, but we are very flexible in allowing for multiple reschedulings as necessary.

Please keep in mind we will never share your personal information submitted below. All information is purely voluntary - if you don't feel comfortable including anything, don't feel pressured. However, the more you tell us, the better we can serve you.

This is especially useful when you desire a more personalized, private flight. An exclusive flight is the perfect platform for engagements, anniversaries, group flights and other special occasions. You'll pay slightly more per passenger with an exclusive flight, but your experience will be that much more special when you share it together. A non-exclusive flight (standard) allows us the option to schedule other passengers in the basket if your party does not make up a full flight. Non-exclusive single and couple flyers will often be paired with other groups. This is a great way to make new friends and share an amazing experience with other adventurous people! We can handle groups of 50 or more in multiple balloons with advance planning. Allow us to plan your next group event! An accurate estimate of weight is extremely important, as we certainly don't want any embarrassment at the launch field. Careful flight planning includes proper weight and balance calculations during our preflight preparations. If the group is heavier than we've been notified, we may not be able to safely launch with the scheduled number of passengers. We offer a "Big & Tall" flight option to accommodate our larger customers and their friends. This flight package includes an exclusive flight which reserves the basket comfortably to your own party of two or more. Highly recommended!
