Our morning hot air balloon rides launch at
sunrise or soon after. Morning flight passengers should meet at the
designated launch site
approximately 30 minutes before the listed sunrise time.
Our afternoon hot air balloon rides launch
approximately 90-120 minutes before sunset. Afternoon flight passengers
should be at the launch site two-and-a-half hours before the listed sunset time.
It is important to allow extra time for
afternoon "rush hour" traffic backups along major
highways. Late arrivals will count as a "no-show" unless
all other passengers flying are willing to delay launch for your
imminent arrival. See our policies page for

The sunrise/sunset calendars found at the
top of this page are our official timetables. As always,
remember to call to confirm your scheduled flight the
evening before a morning flight (between 9:00-10:00 PM), or in the early afternoon for
that day's afternoon flight (between 2:30-3:00 PM). We will not call you prior to the
flight. If you don't call us to check in, we'll assume you don't
plan to show up.
