In addition to our three main
hot air balloon ride launch sites, we have a few alternate launch
locations in each area. With prior notice, we
can even arrange to fly from your own location of choice, providing
it is suitable for hot air balloon use.

Our New Jersey hot air balloon
ride center is the
elegant Hunterdon
Hills Playhouse in the heart of scenic Hunterdon County.
Approximately a 60-minute drive from Manhattan and a 75-minute
drive from Philadelphia, it's right in the middle of it all with
easy highway access and
is the closest hot air balloon flying area to NYC. On clear days,
we'll see both city skylines. We're certainly a little biased, but
we believe it's the best place to fly in the world (and one of the
prettiest areas so close to the city)! |

Hot air balloon
rides in New Jersey are as close to NYC as it normally gets. This photo of
the New York City skyline was taken during a flight in our Clinton,
NJ flying area in July of 2001. Hot air balloons can actually fly
over the City itself, but cannot take off or land in the Five
Boroughs. Check out the details of our extremely special NYC Hot
Air Balloon Flight Adventure. Nobody else in the world offers
anything like it!

Our primary hot air balloon launch site
in Eastern Pennsylvania (Chester County) is a ballooning facility
located near the intersection of Routes 100 and 401 in Chester
Springs, PA.
Located just about three miles from
Pennsylvania Turnpike Exit 312 / Downingtown, it's about a 45-minute
drive from Center City Philadelphia and just about an hour east
of Harrisburg on the Turnpike. |
